The special magic of a gift card
While strolling around last sponsors website I reached to a particular sub-domain specialized in giftcards. Naturally a proper Christmas or any other excuse to give a gift is not properly done without the appropriate card… But now we join the two with the gift card option. Well, sort of.
Some years ago, near the begging of internets commercial boom, every kind of remotely social event was signalled by a myriad of e-mails full with imaginative online gift cards, well not exactly a card that vouchers for a gift, but a card that was a gift in it self. After a while, maybe due to the life cycle of myself and of my friends, maybe to the rising price of the cards available, it tended to decrease significantly to a point where I don’t remember the last time a received or sent one.
So, what’s it to you? Well like what happens when you stop listening to the new music available I got outdated. That was what happened to me when I took a look on what is on the scene in terms of gift cards! Now the diversity comes with the design but also with the astonishing variety of products that you can offer (by card) giving to the receiver some slack to choose and more easily complete the wish list.
